Shipping policy

Free express shipping on every order

All orders ship free with Australia Post Express Parcel. There are no extra shipping costs added at checkout.

Same-day dispatch

Orders placed before 1pm AEST on a business day are packed and dispatched the same day from the Gold Coast. Orders placed after 1pm, on weekends or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 12 hours for tracking to show on the Australia Post website.

Haven't received your order?

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number and we will look into it.
