A heat gun is all you need. No soldering iron.

Do I need a soldering iron?

No. The solder is already inside the connector. A heat gun melts it and shrinks the sleeve in one go.

Can I use a torch?

A small butane torch works. Keep the flame moving so the sleeve doesn't scorch before the solder melts.

Which size do I need?

Match the colour to your wire size, shown above. The size is usually printed on the wire's insulation.
